Position offered
Pre-Registration Nurse initially and upon obtaining your NMC registration you will be appointed in the capacity of a Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Initial Salary
Band 4 salary point of £26,282 per annum, until such time as you have obtained your NMC registration
Salary post Registration
Upon successfully obtaining your NMC registration, Band 5 on the salary scale of £27,055 – £32,934 per annum.
Normal Work Hours
Your normal hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week to include, days, nights and weekends on a rotational basis

Qualification
GNM/B.Sc Nursing
This refers to the educational qualification required for a registered nurse, which can be either a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing. Both of these programs are designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become competent and safe registered nurses.
IELTS/OET
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Occupational English Test (OET) are language proficiency tests used to assess the English language skills of non-native speakers. IELTS SCORE: 7 For Reading, Listening & Speaking & 6.5 For Writing. OET SCORE: Grade B for Reading, Listening & Speaking & Grade C+ for Writing.
One Year Experience
NHS Trust require registered nurses to have at least One Year of clinical experience before they can be hired. This experience is typically gained through an internship or a residency program and ensures that the nurse has the necessary clinical skills and knowledge to provide safe and effective patient care.
Communication Skill
Effective communication is a critical skill for registered nurses as they are often required to communicate complex medical information to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Good communication skills involve being able to listen actively, speak clearly and convey information easily to the recipient.

IELTS/OET Exam Fee
Cost of one successful IELTS/OET Examination capped to a maximum of £350/-
Visa Fee
The cost of the standard Visa fee and 3 Year Sponsorship capped at £232/-
CBT Test Fee
Computer Based Test (CBT) Fee capped at £83/- refunded in your first month’s salary.
NMC Exam Application
The cost of NMC Application fee capped at £140/- refunded in your first month’s salary.
NMC Exam Fee
Cost to cover Part – 2 of the NMC Test of Competence capped at £794/-
NMC Register
The first year of your NMC Registrationb capped at £153/- will be paid by the trust.
OSCE Training
5 weeks NHS OSCE programme – Online & face to face teaching including mock test.
Cash Advance
Candidate cash wage advance if required capped at £500/- to be repaid from salary.
Medical Certificate
Medical/TB test fee capped at £145/- refunded in your first month’s salary.
Flight Ticket
Flight to the UK via economy airline carrier & onward transfer capped at £800/-
UK SIM Card
UK SIM Card, plus a one off £10/- top up will be provided on request.
Accommodation
2-3 month free single accommodation facility will be provided.
Things to remember:
1. The Trust will reimburse you in accordance with our Benefits Package detailed above in your first months’ salary which is paid on or around 25th day of the month. It is therefore important you are able to fund costs to travel and to support yourself for a short period when you arrive in the UK (Slight changes in the reimbursement amount may be applicable from Hospital to Hospital)
2. Recruitment from overseas represents a significant investment for the Trust. In consideration of this you agree that if your employment is terminated or you voluntarily leave the Trust within three years of from your start date, the Trust will reclaim £2500 in recruitment costs. The percentage of this will be determined by the length of your employment.
