Go Village is seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Advisor to join our team. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for helping our customers plan their next travel adventure and providing them with excellent customer service throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and recommending travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to customers based on their interests and budget.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing recommendations.
• Managing reservations, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours.
• Assisting customers with travel documentation, including visas, passports, and travel insurance.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and safety protocols.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in travel sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
